I have Bluetooth speakers that sometimes won't connect. All I have is that dumb Windows 8.1 "PC Settings" screen that lets me turn BT on and off, and pair and unpair devices. This isn't a lot of control. Many times the device will sit there in the settings as "Not Connected" and my only option is to "Remove Device". Is there a replacement software that allows more control of Bluetooth settings? I want to be able to connect and disconnect devices.
I did not find the right solution from the internet.
